Reach the arms down along your sides and plant your feet onto the ground with your feet as wide as your hips. Pull the abs in. Then extend the arms out to the sides and up as high as the shoulders
Your triceps brachii muscle, or "triceps" for short, runs along the back of your upper arm. It is named "tri-" because it has three heads: the long head, medial head, and lateral head. The triceps originates at your shoulder, with attachments to your shoulder blade and upper arm bone . At the bottom, it attaches to the point of your elbow.
Training shoulders and biceps together is ideal for improving these muscle groups. If you generally focus on the arms, you can also train triceps with back together using the same principle. However, with this combination you are limited and can train only legs the next day or take a day off. If you want to be more flexible in your training
Chest, shoulders, and triceps. Back, biceps, and abs. Hamstrings, calves, and glutes. You can put together strength training circuits to target the different muscle groupings in the same session. You can work out with weights or use resistance bands to warm-up or build strength and definition in multiple muscle groups.
This subsection collects axial efforts on biceps and triceps involved muscles for the 26 FEM simulations (13 for biceps and 13 for triceps). These efforts correspond to the reaction obtained in the muscle itself, and length corresponds to the length of the muscle (the whole muscle length including tendons) measured in the FEA model, in that
